Job Overview
The Assistant General Manager (QSR Outlets) will be instrumental in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our QSR outlets. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of fast-paced food service environments, excellent leadership qualities, and a commitment to operational efficiency and customer service excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth running of QSR outlets.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Assist in managing staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and drive performance.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
