Job Overview
As AML Ops Lead for Transaction Monitoring, you'll design, implement, and oversee our transaction monitoring systems and procedures. You'll ensure LemFi maintains the highest compliance standards while scaling operations across multiple jurisdictions, protecting both our users and our organization from financial crime risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage transaction monitoring frameworks and alert protocols
- Investigate suspicious transactions and file regulatory reports (SARs/STRs)
- Oversee AML operations team and establish best practices
- Ensure compliance with global AML/KYC regulations across all markets
- Collaborate with risk, product, and legal teams on compliance integration
Requirements
- 5+ years AML operations or transaction monitoring experience
- Strong knowledge of FinCEN, FATF, and international AML regulations
- Experience with fintech or cross-border payment compliance
- Leadership and analytical capabilities
