Job Overview
The Alliances & Channels Leader will be responsible for developing and executing Canonical’s global alliance and channel strategy. This involves identifying, recruiting, and enabling key partners, fostering co-selling opportunities, and ensuring mutual success. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and driving revenue growth through strategic collaborations.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global alliances and channels strategy.
- Identify, recruit, and manage strategic technology and channel partners.
- Drive co-selling initiatives and revenue generation through partner ecosystems.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partner executives.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners.
- Provide enablement and support to channel partners.
- Track and report on partner performance and program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in alliance and channel management within the technology industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing partner programs.
- Strong understanding of open source software and enterprise technology markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
