Requirements
- * A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a closely related field from a recognized institution. * A minimum of 25 years of progressive experience in administrative operations and human resources management. * Proven track record of managing diverse administrative tasks and supporting HR functions within a corporate environment. * Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders. * Proficiency in relevant office software suites (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and HR information systems. * Experience working within a law firm environment will be considered a significant advantage.
