The Bagging Supervisor will oversee the entire bagging operation, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient output, while Bagging Operators will be responsible for the accurate and timely packaging of products according to specified standards. Both roles are integral to our manufacturing process, contributing to the overall productivity and quality of our goods.Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the bagging team.
- Ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality control measures.
- Operating and maintaining bagging machinery and equipment.
- Accurately filling, sealing, and labeling product bags.
- Monitoring inventory levels of packaging materials.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols within the bagging area.
- Training and guiding new team members.
- Identifying and resolving operational issues promptly.
Requirements
