Job Overview

Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of inventory, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing warehouse processes to support our growing service delivery network. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of supplies and equipment necessary for our caregivers to provide outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient handling of all goods, adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse facility.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of efficiency and accountability.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
