Job Overview

The Training Officer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance employee competencies and organizational performance. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Minimum 3 years training and development experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in training software and Microsoft Office
