We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic team remotely in Mexico. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients leverage the full potential of Varicent’s innovative platform.

Job Overview

The Technical Solutions Analyst will serve as a key technical liaison, supporting clients through the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Varicent’s SPM solutions. You will bridge the gap between client business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value realization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into technical configurations within the Varicent platform.
  • Perform system configuration, customization, and data integration to meet specific client requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during the implementation lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, acting as a primary point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Develop and deliver client training on Varicent functionalities and best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Analyst, Solutions Consultant, or similar role within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) principles and solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and experience with integration technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
