Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in building and executing effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with Top Employer’s values and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
Proactively source and attract diverse candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against role requirements.
Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate a seamless candidate experience.
Extend employment offers and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent community development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using ATS and HRIS systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Must be residing in California for remote work.
