Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in building and executing effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning with Top Employer’s values and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source and attract diverse candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against role requirements.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate a seamless candidate experience.
  • Extend employment offers and manage the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent community development.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Must be residing in California for remote work.
