Job Overview

The Sun King Store Executive will be responsible for the successful operation and growth of a Sun King retail store in Abuja, Nigeria. This role involves managing daily operations, driving sales performance, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a superior customer experience. You will be a key ambassador for Sun King, representing our brand and mission within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for Sun King products through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service, educating customers on product benefits and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to understand local customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Train and mentor store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to Sun King standards.
• Report on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the consumer electronics or energy sector.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Residency in or strong knowledge of the Abuja, Nigeria market is highly desirable.
