Job Overview

The Solution Design Engineer will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into robust, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions. This individual will play a key role in the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to implementation oversight, ensuring that all solutions meet Carlcare’s high standards for performance, security, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design and document comprehensive technical solutions for various business challenges.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and platforms.
• Develop proof-of-concept models and prototypes to validate design approaches.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development and implementation teams.
• Ensure solutions adhere to architectural principles, standards, and best practices.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies and impact assessments.
• Create detailed solution design documents, including system architecture diagrams and integration plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Designer, Solutions Architect, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, software development lifecycle, and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in various technology stacks and cloud platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the consumer electronics or service industry is a plus.
