Job Overview
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance Brand PDO’s online presence, engage target audiences, and support our diverse high-impact projects. You will be instrumental in shaping our digital narrative and fostering community growth across all relevant platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Brand PDO’s vision and objectives.
- Create engaging and compelling content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms.
- Manage and grow PDO Inc.’s social media communities, fostering interaction and dialogue.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote key initiatives and events.
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for social impact, entrepreneurship, and climate advocacy is a plus.
