Job Description
The Smart Aid Initiative Internship Program 2026 is now open for applications, offering recent graduates an opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in the nonprofit and development sector. Responsibilities
Depending on the chosen role, responsibilities may include:

- Supporting digital communication and outreach campaigns
- Assisting in programme design, research, and data analysis
- Contributing to partnership development initiatives
- Supporting budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance processes
Interns will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to programme implementation, documentation, and organisational growth.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be a recent graduate in fields such as social sciences, communication, finance, law, or related disciplines
- Possess strong communication and analytical skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools and own a laptop
- Reside in Kaduna or nearby areas and be available for hybrid work (minimum two in-office days weekly)
- Be available for the full six-month duration
- Demonstrate genuine interest in development work and community impact
