Job Overview

As a Growth Engineer, you will be instrumental in identifying and implementing strategies to accelerate Shotstack’s user acquisition, engagement, and retention within the Malaysian market and beyond. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate growth opportunities into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth experiments to improve user acquisition channels.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify key drop-off points in the customer journey.
  • Implement A/B tests and other optimization techniques across the platform.
  • Collaborate on developing and refining user onboarding flows.
  • Monitor key growth metrics and report on performance.
  • Contribute to product feature development with a focus on growth impact.

  • Proven experience in a growth-focused engineering or product role.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and programming languages.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
