Job Overview

The Senior Executive – Post Sales will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the post-booking customer experience. This includes managing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring seamless execution of travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of the travel industry and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of post-sales customer interactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty post-booking.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., Operations, Sales) to address customer needs and resolve complex issues.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in post-sales or customer support within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer escalations and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs) and booking platforms.
