Key Responsibilities

Administrative and Secretarial Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping
  • Prepare reports, memos, and official correspondence
  • Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

Graphic Design Duties

  • Create marketing materials such as flyers, social media posts, banners, and promotional content
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital and print platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging visual content
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand messaging and quality standards

Requirements for the Role

  • OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field
  • Experience in administrative/secretarial roles and graphic design
