Key Responsibilities of the Sales Personnel
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare facilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently
- Provide accurate product information and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on market trends
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation
Requirements for the Sales Personnel Role
- OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline (Marketing or related field is an advantage)
- 1 to 2 years of sales experience (experience in pharmaceuticals is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Lagos routes and market terrain
- Result-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Smart, confident, and customer-focused
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
