We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team, specifically focused on the mid-market segment in Mexico. Job Overview

As a Sales Engineer for Mid-Market Mexico, you will be a crucial technical advisor and partner to our sales team. You will deeply understand customer needs, design compelling solutions using Samsara’s Connected Operations Cloud, and guide prospects through the technical evaluation process to drive successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospective and existing mid-market clients in Mexico.
  • Design and deliver impactful product demonstrations tailored to specific customer use cases.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Samsara’s platform and solutions to a diverse technical and business audience.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop winning sales strategies.
  • Provide expert technical support throughout the sales cycle, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes relevant to Mexico.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical pre-sales role.
  • Strong understanding of IoT, cloud-based solutions, and their application in operational environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits.
  • Experience within the Mexican mid-market business landscape is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
