Job Overview

The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operations in Lagos, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and maintaining brand standards. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage teams and optimize store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Manage and motivate retail staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures, including inventory management and merchandising standards.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Requirements
