Job Overview

The Quality Control Officer will be instrumental in ensuring that all products and services offered by Gold Plates Feast House consistently meet stringent quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of food preparation, storage, and service areas to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products, identifying and addressing any deviations.
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
  • Document and report inspection findings, recommending corrective actions.
  • Train staff on quality control protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to resolve quality issues.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience in a quality control or assurance role within the food service or hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP).
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree or relevant certification in a related field is an advantage.
