Job Overview
Two Chairs is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our New York team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide direct psychiatric care to clients, contributing to our innovative model of mental wellness. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, leveraging technology and evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and diagnoses.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management.
Provide ongoing psychotherapy and counseling services.
Collaborate with a care team to ensure integrated and holistic patient support.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current New York State Nurse Practitioner license with PMHNP specialization.
DEA registration.
Board certification as a PMHNP.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in psychiatric mental health.
