Job Overview

The Project Officer will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and coordination of Bonzee Consulting’s client projects. This position involves working closely with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. You will be instrumental in facilitating communication, tracking progress, and managing project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing client projects.
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
• Track project progress against timelines and identify potential risks or delays.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and clients.
• Support the preparation of project reports and presentations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
