Job Overview

HSDF seeks a dynamic and motivated Program Associate to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various health programs in Nigeria. This role is crucial for ensuring project deliverables are met efficiently and effectively, contributing to HSDF’s mission of transforming health systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of program work plans.
  • Coordinate program activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for program monitoring.
  • Facilitate communication and engagement with program stakeholders.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for program-related events and meetings.
  • Contribute to the development of program-related documentation and materials.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in program support or coordination, preferably within the health sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
