Job Overview

The Procurement & Admin Officer will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Smile 360 Dental Specialists by managing procurement processes and providing essential administrative support. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement of all dental supplies, equipment, and general office consumables, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments in a timely manner.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
• Support the implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate logistics for deliveries and shipments.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement and administrative functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
