The Performance Marketing Specialist Job at Duplo is ideal for a data driven professional who can take full ownership of paid acquisition and deliver measurable growth. You will play a key role in scaling Duplo’s customer acquisition engine while working closely with cross functional teams across marketing, product, and design.

Key Responsibilities
As part of the Performance Marketing Specialist Job at Duplo, you will:
- Lead and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, LinkedIn, and X
- Plan and optimize campaigns focused on lead generation, product demos, and customer acquisition
- Manage the full marketing funnel from impressions to conversions and activation
- Develop retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition cost
- Conduct A B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments
- Build audience targeting strategies including lookalike audiences and account based marketing
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high performing ad campaigns
- Optimize landing pages and user journeys for better conversion performance
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Set up and manage analytics and tracking tools including Google Analytics and platform pixels
- Identify new growth opportunities across channels and markets within Nigeria and beyond
- Align paid campaigns with go to market strategies such as events, partnerships, and product launches
- Provide performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
Requirements
To succeed in the Performance Marketing Specialist Job at Duplo, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Background in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology is preferred
- Proven ability to manage and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and X
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and conversion optimization
- Experience with retargeting, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable growth strategies
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization principles
- Ability to manage marketing budgets effectively and deliver measurable ROI
- Strong communication and teamwork skills across departments
- Self driven mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results independently
