Job Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities at Pan African Towers Limited’s Nigeria operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and optimal resource utilization. This role is critical to supporting our aggressive expansion strategy while maintaining operational excellence across our growing tower portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities and coordinate with multiple departments
• Oversee tower maintenance, deployment, and network infrastructure projects
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Monitor operational metrics and implement process improvements
• Manage budgets and control operational expenses
• Supervise and develop operational teams
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders on service delivery matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in operations management
• Proven experience in telecommunications or infrastructure sectors
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Nigerian regulatory frameworks
