Job Overview

The Night Duty Manager will be responsible for the overall management of hotel operations during the night, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining safety and security protocols, and leading the night staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all hotel departments during the night shift.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the security of the hotel premises and the safety of guests and staff.
• Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.
• Manage and train night staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the hotel facilities.
• Prepare end-of-day reports and assist with departmental administrative tasks.
