Since commencing operations in 2009, Erisco Foods has established a strong presence with popular brands like Nagiko and Ric-Giko tomato paste, along with other esteemed products. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and expanding market reach for our diverse product portfolio within the specified region.

Job Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets, enhance brand visibility, and build strong customer relationships within Ondo State.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales quotas.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer segments.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive product demand.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure optimal product visibility and availability in assigned sales territories.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector in Nigeria.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Ondo State.
