Job Overview

The Medical Sales Representative will be instrumental in promoting and selling Laider International’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across their assigned territory. This role requires building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating product benefits to drive sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Laider International’s pharmaceutical product portfolio to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders within the medical community.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and appropriate use of our products.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related medical sales role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
