Job Overview

The Managed Services NOC Supervisor will lead a team of Network Operations Center (NOC) engineers, overseeing the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our clients’ digital infrastructure within Equinix facilities. This position demands strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering world-class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of NOC engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Supervise real-time monitoring of network and system performance, identifying and resolving incidents promptly.
  • Manage incident response, escalation, and resolution processes to minimize service disruption.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for NOC operations.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a NOC environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), network hardware, and monitoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of data center operations and infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
