We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lagos. This full-time onsite role is ideal for candidates with experience in electrical, plumbing, and general facilities maintenance. The Maintenance Technician ensures that all equipment, appliances, and building systems function efficiently and safely, creating a comfortable and safe environment for staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:

• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances
• Diagnosing and resolving minor faults, escalating major issues when necessary
• Ensuring all facilities are operational prior to guest check-in or daily use
• Responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests
• Maintaining tools, spare parts, and basic maintenance records
• Coordinating with external vendors for specialized repairs or installations
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Keeping accurate reports of recurring issues and preventive measures

Requirements

• OND in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field
• Minimum of 3 years’ practical maintenance experience
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills
