Job Overview

The Learning & Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives across MSI Nigeria. This role is vital for fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth for our diverse workforce, ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional reproductive healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of learning programs and training materials.
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and participant communication.
• Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and track training completion.
• Contribute to the evaluation of training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant data.
• Support the L&D team in research and identification of relevant external training opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within L&D.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is an advantage.
