Job Overview

LawnStarter is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Webflow Designer to join our dynamic Growth team in the United States. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing high-converting marketing websites that effectively communicate our brand value and drive customer engagement for LawnStarter and our sister brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build responsive, user-centric websites and landing pages using Webflow.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate business goals into effective visual designs.
  • Ensure brand consistency and implement best practices for UI/UX across all web properties.
  • Optimize website performance for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
  • Conduct A/B testing and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights.
  • Maintain and update existing Webflow sites.

  • Proven experience as a Webflow Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing complex website projects.
  • Deep understanding of Webflow’s capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how to implement them in Webflow.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
