This role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and placing skilled hospitality professionals with top-tier establishments across Lagos. You’ll serve as a crucial bridge between talented individuals and businesses seeking to enhance their service excellence and operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for spa and restaurant positions
• Conduct interviews and assess professional qualifications
• Build and maintain a robust talent database
• Match candidates with suitable hospitality establishments
• Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs
• Follow up with placements to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years in recruitment or hospitality experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Lagos’s hospitality industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
