Key Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on product features and best practices.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer challenges.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
