Job Overview

The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support across Stella Maris Schools, ensuring the reliability and functionality of all IT systems, hardware, and software. This role is pivotal in maintaining a secure and accessible digital learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Assist users with IT-related queries, providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT equipment and systems.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
