The Brooks Africa is seeking an Interior / Site Architect who can produce photorealistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and virtual tours for client approvals, marketing, and sales while ensuring that physical construction aligns perfectly with approved designs.
About the Interior / Site Architect Job in Abuja
As an Interior / Site Architect, you will work closely with the design team to conceptualize interior and exterior spaces, develop immersive 3D visualizations, and oversee site execution. You will serve as the link between digital design and physical construction, ensuring every finish, joinery, and installation meets the intended aesthetic and quality standards.
This role is ideal for candidates who combine creative vision with technical expertise and enjoy interacting with clients, designers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
The Interior / Site Architect will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the design lead to conceptualize interior and exterior spaces, proposing materials, lighting, and furniture layouts
- Producing high-quality 3D renderings and walkthrough animations using software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or Twinmotion
- Creating immersive virtual tours for sales presentations and marketing campaigns
- Developing digital mood boards and material palettes that align with the brand’s luxury identity
- Conducting daily site inspections to ensure finishes, joinery, and installations match approved 3D models and technical drawings
- Identifying discrepancies between construction and design intent, and providing rapid solutions via sketches or renders
- Verifying that procured materials match textures and colors used in finalized 3D renderings
- Reviewing and approving contractor shop drawings to ensure aesthetic alignment with design
- Presenting rendered proposals to clients to assist in selecting finishes and layouts for kitchens, wardrobes, and flooring
- Attending client meetings during the finishing stage, using tablet-based 3D models to showcase the final design
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate development, architectural, or interior design firms
- Expert knowledge of 3D modeling software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino) and rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for presentations and post-production
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, finishing materials, and site management
- A strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic interior and exterior renders is mandatory
Work Location
This is a full time onsite role based in Abuja, Nigeria.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₦200,000 to ₦300,000
