Job Overview

The Human Resource Officer will play a pivotal role in managing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support Euracare’s mission and operational excellence. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all hospital staff.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance appraisal systems.
• Administering compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Contributing to the development and delivery of training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and relevant software.
• CIPM certification is a plus.
