As an HSE Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental practices across project sites. You will work closely with site teams and management to ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring safe handling, storage, and disposal of materials and waste
  • Participating in HSE audits and inspections as required

Requirements for the HSE Officer Job in Abuja

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years experience in HSE within construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects
  • Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH International General Certificate, ISPON certification, or equivalent
  • Valid First Aid certification is an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian HSE regulations and construction safety standards
