Job Overview

The HR Officer will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by assisting with various administrative and operational tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can contribute to the smooth functioning of HR processes, from recruitment to employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Maintain employee records, both physical and digital, with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processing.
• Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support for employee relations matters and grievance handling.
• Assist with performance management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
