Key Responsibilities of the Head of Product Landlord Growth

Landlord Acquisition

• Design and implement strategies to onboard landlords at scale
• Build acquisition pipelines through:
  • Estate associations
  • Property developers
  • Facility managers
  • Direct outreach channels
• Develop repeatable and scalable acquisition systems

Onboarding and Activation

• Create a smooth and efficient onboarding process for landlords
• Ensure property listings go live quickly with accurate details such as pricing, images, and descriptions
• Focus on landlord activation, ensuring engagement beyond initial sign-up

Field Operations

• Recruit and manage inspection and verification agents
• Oversee property verification, photography, and listing quality
• Build and manage efficient field operations across key locations

Requirements for the Head of Product Landlord Growth Role

Core Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in marketplace growth, operations, or supply acquisition
• Alternatively, strong background in real estate business development at scale
• Proven ability to acquire and manage supply such as landlords, vendors, or partners
• Strong execution skills with the ability to deliver results, not just plans
• Experience building systems and operational processes from the ground up
• Data-driven mindset with strong attention to operational efficiency
