Job Overview
The Head of Marketing & Growth will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to accelerate Glovo’s user acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong leadership to inspire and manage a talented marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with Glovo’s growth objectives.
Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, performance marketing, brand building, CRM, and content.
Drive user acquisition campaigns across various channels, optimizing for cost-effectiveness and scalability.
Implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure integrated go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
Proven track record in marketing leadership, preferably within high-growth tech or e-commerce environments.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing metrics.
Experience in developing and executing successful growth hacking strategies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
