Job Overview
The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue for Amaanah. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the financial services sector, a deep understanding of the Nigerian market, and a passion for inclusive finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies aligned with Amaanah’s mission and business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Lead and optimize customer acquisition channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and community outreach.
- Drive customer retention and lifetime value through enhanced product offerings and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive growth efforts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Measure and report on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in growth strategy, marketing, or business development, preferably within the Nigerian financial services or fintech industry.
- Proven success in scaling user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of non-interest finance principles and Sharia-compliant financial products.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM, and growth analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
