FITC, established in 1981 as a non-profit organisation owned by the Nigerian Banker’s Committee, is dedicated to fostering expertise and innovation within the Nigerian financial sector. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head, Digital Learning (Learning Management Systems) to lead our digital learning initiatives and enhance our capacity building offerings.

Job Overview

The Head, Digital Learning will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, implementation, and management of FITC’s Learning Management System (LMS) and overall digital learning ecosystem. This role is crucial in leveraging technology to deliver impactful and accessible learning experiences to stakeholders across the Nigerian financial industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital learning strategy aligned with FITC’s mandate.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of the LMS platform.
  • Design and curate engaging digital learning content and programs.
  • Drive user adoption and engagement with digital learning resources.
  • Analyze learning data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and content providers.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in digital learning and educational technology.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading digital learning initiatives, with a strong understanding of LMS administration and functionality.
  • Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the financial services sector or a related industry is an advantage.
