Job Overview

The Fuel Loading and Logistics Officer will be responsible for the efficient and safe management of all fuel loading and unloading operations, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, and coordinating transportation to various operational sites. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining the continuous operation of our manufacturing and production facilities by guaranteeing a consistent and reliable fuel supply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee all fuel loading and unloading activities at designated depots and sites.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all fuel handling processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of fuel receipts, disbursements, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external logistics providers for timely fuel delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of fuel storage facilities and equipment.
  • Prepare and submit reports on fuel consumption, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fuel logistics, warehousing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of fuel handling safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
