## Job Overview

Stellar International Company Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our bustling warehouse facility in Kuala Lumpur. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient movement of goods, ensuring timely and accurate handling of inventory. You will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse, adhering to all safety regulations and company protocols. This position requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional operational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

## Key Responsibilities

* Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to load, unload, and move palletized goods, raw materials, and finished products within the warehouse.
* Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in safe and working condition, reporting any mechanical issues or damage immediately.
* Accurately pick and stage orders according to pick lists and shipping manifests, ensuring correct quantities and product identification.
* Transport materials to and from designated staging areas, production lines, or shipping docks.
* Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all received and dispatched goods.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring aisles are clear and materials are stored appropriately to prevent hazards.
* Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and the safe operating guidelines for forklifts.
* Collaborate effectively with warehouse supervisors, team members, and other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely order fulfillment.

## Requirements

* Proven experience as a Forklift Operator with a valid forklift license or certification.
* Demonstrated proficiency in operating different types of forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack).
* Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices for material handling.
* Ability to read and interpret pick lists, shipping orders, and other warehouse documentation.
* Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move moderately heavy items.
* A meticulous approach to work with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
