Job Overview
The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support and maintenance services for our telecommunications and networking infrastructure projects. This role requires a proactive professional who can troubleshoot issues, ensure system reliability, and maintain strong client relationships while working across various deployment sites throughout Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for telecommunications systems and digital networks
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
- Install, configure, and test network equipment and systems
- Document all service activities and maintain detailed technical reports
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in telecommunications, electronics, or related field
- 2+ years of field support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
