Job Overview

The Field Marketer will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients within targeted market segments across Nigeria. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, relationship building, and ultimately, driving business development for Odixcity Consulting’s comprehensive suite of HR and procurement services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through extensive fieldwork and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Effectively communicate Odixcity Consulting’s value proposition and service offerings.
• Organize and participate in networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to conversion.
• Provide market feedback to the sales and marketing teams for strategic adjustments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales, business development, or marketing within the Nigerian market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding schedule.
• Strong understanding of business needs, particularly in HR and procurement.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Nigeria.
