Job Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management, ensuring efficient workflow and effective decision-making. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to proactively manage diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Conduct research and compile information as required by management.
  • Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and a high level of confidentiality.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
