Job Overview

The Engineering Manager will oversee all technical and engineering operations at our Nigeria facility, ensuring optimal performance of production and distribution systems. You will manage a team of engineers and technicians, implementing best practices and maintaining WHO compliance standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team to meet operational targets
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with WHO-approved standards
• Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve efficiency
• Manage budgets and procurement of technical resources
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure health and safety compliance across all operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience in engineering management
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with WHO compliance and quality standards
